Dr. John A.K. Jingu, the current Permanent Secretary at Tanzania’s Ministry of Health, boasts a rich background in Political Science and Public Administration. With a strong academic foundation from the University of Dar es Salaam, where he also founded the Center for Strategic and Peace Studies, Dr. Jingu has held influential roles in various government ministries. His career has been marked by significant contributions to public service reforms and governance. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Limerick in Ireland.
